Commitment has to do with personal motivation. Each person is motivated by their own needs. A simple way to identify what will motivate you is called “Knowing Your Why.” Every day when you get up, remind yourself of why you want to be Slim and Healthy.
2. Picture Yourself Successful
Our mental image of who we think we are needs to change. What does a slim and healthy person do? How do they relate to food and what type of lifestyle would they have? Picture in your mind what it will be like when you are at your slim and healthy self.
Allow yourself about a week to plan and organize.
